Brian O. Martin, AICP is Executive Director of the Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission (MVRPC). MVRPC is a local government agency responsible for various regional planning activities including air and water quality, transportation and land use planning, and census based research. He is CEO and leads all aspects of the agency. MVRPC’s operating budget is $4.6 million with a staff of 23 and a seventy-seven (77) member policy Board of Directors. His 28 years of consulting, regional planning, and project management experiences are why the MVRPC Board hired him in February 2013. Brother Martin is a Spring 1986 Epsilon Rho initiate into Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity (Western Kentucky University) where he graduated with B.S. and M.S. degrees in 1987 and 1989, respectively.
